Evening Star is the eighth track of DragonForce's Valley of the Damned (2003) album. It's lyrics was written by Herman Li and Theart and the music of the song was written by Herman Li. DragonForce rerecorded this song and released it in the 2010 re-release of Valley of the Damned which, instead of featuring Diccon Harper on bass and Didier Almouzni on drums, Frédéric Leclercq is featured on bass and Dave Mackintosh is featured on drums.
